Upcoming SFHS Band Fundraisers:

The Santa Fe High School Band holds several fundraisers throughout the year.   These fundraisers generate the monies needed to provide SFHS Band Students with the opportunity to participate in one of the highest quality music programs in the region.

Some fundraisers are held that benefit the general band fund to pay for things like maintenance on our equipment and expenses for getting it to contests, etc.

Other fundraisers are used to generate funds to reduce the Activity Fees required to participate in SFHS Band Events.   Many times students are able to raise enough funds via these type of fundraisers to cover their annual band activity fee, or even to pay for their Spring Trip

Mr. Lowery informs students of any fundraising activities that become available.  We will also attempt to keep this web page updated with any information regarding fundraisers.   E-mails will also be sent out as appropriate via our Parent & Band Student's e-mail distribution lists.

CODA Concessions - November 5th

We will host the competition for the regional Central Oklahoma Directors Association honor band.  All 7th-12th graders will have audition times throughout the day at Santa Fe.  Our students will be in charge of monitoring rooms, setting up and tearing down and helping to organize the day. 

WEMEA will host a concession stand in the cafeteria.  All students who come for auditions will be encouraged to purchase food and drink from the concession stand since all the vending machines will shut off during the competition.  We need 12 parents to work each shift - there are three shifts (6-9AM; 9-noon; noon-3PM) and one shift of parents to work on Friday helping to set up.  Contact Heidi Valenzuela to sign up to work a shift.

Every student will be asked to contribute a case of soft-drinks and as many as can baked goods that are individually wrapped to sell in the concessions.  Watch for future emails.
