Upcoming SFHS Band Fundraisers:

The Santa Fe High School Band holds several fundraisers throughout the year.   These fundraisers generate the monies needed to provide SFHS Band Students with the opportunity to participate in one of the highest quality music programs in the region.

Some fundraisers are held that benefit the general band fund to pay for things like maintenance on our equipment and expenses for getting it to contests, etc.

Other fundraisers are used to generate funds to reduce the Activity Fees required to participate in SFHS Band Events.   Many times students are able to raise enough funds via these type of fundraisers to cover their annual band activity fee, or even to pay for their Spring Trip

Mr. Lowery informs students of any fundraising activities that become available.  We will also attempt to keep this web page updated with any information regarding fundraisers.   E-mails will also be sent out as appropriate via our Parent & Band Student's e-mail distribution lists.

 mixedbag DESIGNS Fundraiser!

Dates: August 26 to September 29

Your purchase from our mixedbag DESIGNS fundraiser supports and positively impacts our students & the environment.

Important Instructions:

• Circulate catalog to friends & family for orders.  
• Collect money when taking orders.  Do not collect sales tax.
• Make checks payable to WEMEA
• Fill out the order form completely; bring totals down on all columns.
• Turn in your order forms and payment in the provided envelope by placing them in the folder on the window of Mr. Lowery's office marked WEMEA Mixed Bag Fund Raiser.
• On or before SEPTEMBER 26th , return the envelope with your payments, plus the order form. You will receive your order form back with your order, or you may make a copy to know which bags to deliver to your friends. 
• Our mixedbag DESIGNS order will arrive before or around fall break.
• If you have $100.00 or more in orders feel free to call those in and we can send in multiple batches of orders.

FUND RAISER CATALOGS ARE IN!

Mary Delafield will have catalogs and order forms available for any band parent willing to help us try and sell the laminated tote bags in the "Mixed Bag Fund Raiser" this next month.  She is setting up a table at the band room during the Thursday night, August 26th rehearsal from 8:15 till all the kids are picked up.  She will have a display to show the bags, hand out catalogs and explain the fund raiser instructions.  Please plan to take a look when you come to pick up your child.
